The
Department of Internal Medicine Quality Safety and Clinical Operations team is
looking for a student to join their team.
The incumbent will be sourcing and entering data for quality projects
including but not limited to mortality, hospital acquired infections, and
patient safety incident. The incumbent
will also be reviewing weekly list of outstanding documentation and reviewing
the EMR to assure there is no documentation present. This position is ideal for a person
interested in medical, nursing or any other healthcare related fields. The student would need to work up to 28 hours
per week. The QSCO team is dedicated
being flexible so that the student will be successful in the UNM coursework. Previous
experience required.
