UnoDE50 is looking for a Recruiter (Temp Contract) to support the Recruitment department with the full cycle of recruitment for North America Retail. Responsibilities' include attracting, sourcing, and selecting top-tier talent to meet the hiring needs of our Retail department .
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support: Conducting interviews , assist with job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews. Assist with coordinating recruitment events and outreach. Provide strategic and creative methodologies for recruiting top talent.
Onboarding: Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation, organizing
orientation sessions, and assisting with the onboarding checklist.
Compliance: Support the HR team in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Assist with the preparation of reports and documentation for audits.
Qualifications:
Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field.
Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication (written and verbal)
and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn. Ability to handle confidential
information with discretion.
Experience: Previous internship or volunteer experience in an office or administrative role is a
plus but not required.
Preferable that the candidate is Bilingual - English and Spanish
