Training Manager
Role Mission:
The Training Manager's primary responsibilities will include training and field coaching retail stores through virtual or in-store visits. In partnership with the Senior Training Manager to ensure a consistent message of UNTUCKit standards, expectations, and culture. The Training Manager will assist in the delivery of education to ensure consistency regarding retail staff development and exceptional UNTUCKit customer service across different touchpoints. This will include ongoing field management including coaching, communication, and feedback.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support training strategies within the retail market with a focus on improving KPI’s and ensuring a consistent client experience
- Coach and train all retail employees through on-the-floor observation, providing feedback, and exemplifying the UNTUCKit service experience.
- Facilitate new employee onboarding
- Provide new product launches/seasonal updates
- Facilitate monthly market training calls, contributing to content development.
- Update current training content on a as needs basis
- Create training decks for morning briefings and activities.
- Utilize the LMS platform to communicate and share new trainings with store teams
- Determine metrics to track, questions to ask, identify opportunities based on data, and build a plan to execute
- Support New Store Openings

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- Ability to move quickly and pivot as priorities change
- Outstanding presentation skills: Ability to effectively present information in a clear manner, demonstrate and respond to questions
- Highly developed interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Must possess a positive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused attitude
- Must be able to work independently and transparently, possessing the judgment to provide frequent, and concise updates
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment through creativity, flexibility, and self-organization.
- Strong technical aptitude and expertise (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe, Apple Products)
- Hybrid work environment; must be based in Chicago area.
- Must be able to travel up to 60-70% of the time as needed. The ability to travel to markets to observe and manage personnel and training delivery.
- Store Manager or prior training experience highly preferred.
- Must be comfortable presenting to large or small groups in person or zoom.
- Sees the big picture and understands how own actions and decisions impact others and the business.
- Actively scans the retail environment for new approaches, blending different ideas to come with innovative solutions in partnership with Sr, Training Manager
- Actively gets things done, raising the bar for performance, taking accountability for own actions and has a sense of urgency.
