Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to join our team. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the enrollment process for our housing stabilization services. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to clients, schedule appointments for the completion of the Professional Statement of Need (PSN), and the Housing Focused Person-Centered Plan.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to potential clients to schedule appointments for PSN completion and Housing Focused Person-Centered Plan completion.
- Ensure clients understand the purpose of the appointments and the documents required.
- Coordinate with clients and internal staff to ensure appointments are scheduled efficiently and effectively.
- Follow up with clients to confirm appointment times and provide any necessary reminders.
- Assist clients in navigating any challenges or barriers to attending appointments, including transportation issues or scheduling conflicts.
- Ensure all necessary forms and documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of appointment schedules and client communications.
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize the appointment scheduling process and improve overall efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in appointment scheduling, customer service, or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Empathy and sensitivity to the needs of individuals facing housing instability.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and scheduling software.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in social services or related field a plus.
