We're currently seeking skilled maintenance technicians who are passionate about providing top-notch service to single and multifamily housing across Monroe County NY. As a maintenance technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of repair and maintenance tasks to ensure that properties are functioning at their best.

Responsibilities include:

• Responding to maintenance requests from residents and property managers in a timely and efficient manner
• Performing regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and make necessary repairs
• Conducting routine maintenance tasks, such as plumbing and electrical repairs, painting, and carpentry work
• Installing and maintaining appliances, including HVAC systems, water heaters, and refrigerators
• Collaborating with property management teams to ensure that maintenance tasks are completed on time and within budget
• Communicating with residents in a friendly and professional manner to ensure their satisfaction with the work performed

Qualifications:

• Technical training in a related field or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in maintenance and repair work, preferably in a residential setting
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
