This is an exciting finance role focused on providing key financial planning, reporting and analysis to the management team and impacting financial results through world-class business partnership.
Main Responsibilities
Business Performance
- Perform various Monthly/Quarterly/Annual and longer-term financial planning and reporting for senior management.
- Prepare flexible financial models with clean and insightful outputs.
- Develop reports that help our business counterparts measure performance and allow management to quickly glean insights.
- Manage and aid performance management through insightful reports and clearly explaining any variances to expectations.
- Partner with marketing team on Innovation funnel, Innovation projects financial evaluation and item profitability
- Support S&OP forecasting and reporting process for Retail and Foodservice business
- Provide financial evaluation and support for customer biddings for Retail and Foodservice
- Support business risks and opportunities management.
- Provide analytics and insights to drives business performance and inform pricing, investment and innovation decisions.
- Ad-hoc support through data analysis for various financial business scenarios and core business processes.
Business Controls
- Partner with marketing team on of Advertising and Promotions budget management and controls
- Ensure S&OP Forecasting data is loaded timely and accurately
- Manage monthly financial control activities including journal entries, reconciliations, review general ledger and oversee preparation of variance analyses, and investigate unusual items, omissions and significant differences.
- Support monthly closing process to ensure accurate and transparent representation of financial results.
About you!
You have, a very strong work ethic, resilience in the face of pressure, team-player attitude, the ability to meet multiple stretching deadlines, great communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required: Business, Commerce, or Accounting ideal.
- 3 years of financial experience with very strong track record of delivery.
- SAP experience required.
- Professional accounting designation or in pursuit of a profession accounting qualification a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent understanding of financial metrics and financial processes.
