Key Responsibilities
● Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels,
including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
● Implement ad creation best practices, targeting, bidding strategies for maximum
ROI.
● Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and ad creative testing to
maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
● Monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS, to
track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
● Work alongside the central marketing team to align campaign objectives and
budgets.
● Carry out extensive market research to identify industry trends, opportunities and
challenges.
● Give actionable insights on how to improve current programs as well as strategy
formulation for new launches.
● Look into possible geographical expansions within the US market.
● Give data-driven recommendations that will aid in decision-making processes.
● Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners so as to ensure
that they are on one page regarding marketing initiatives.
● Prepare regular reports on marketing performance analysis including key metrics
and insights
● Work closely together with CRM & tech teams where necessary.
● Be flexible to work varied hours as needed to accommodate campaign launches,
meetings, or urgent tasks with a Central team based out of India.
Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
● Min 3 Years of work experience in Performance Marketing.
● Proven experience managing campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn platforms.
● Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
● Prior experience in market research and geographical expansion strategies is a plus.
● Familiarity with CRM systems and ad tech platforms preferred.
