What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tax Office Assistant position at Upland Tax, LLC?

Upland Tax is immediately hiring for an Office Assistant. Duties will include answering phones, making calls to clients and potential clients, greeting customers, make appointments, file paperwork, perform data entry, scan documents, along with any other tasks that contribute to the function of the office.

Must have transportation!

Setting:

  • Office

Typical end time:

  • 9PM

Typical start time:

  • 12PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $600.00 - $800.00 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
  • tax preparation: 1 year (Preferred)
  • tax preparation office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • office assistant: 1 year (Preferred)

Shift availability:

  • Night Shift (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
