We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist, to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable across multiple entities. This is a new position and will have opportunity for growth. 

Responsibilities: 

Accounts Payable (AP): 

• Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness. 

• Prepare and execute timely payments to vendors. 
• Reconcile AP records with vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. 
• Assist in maintaining the vendor database, W-9’s and ensuring compliance with payment terms. 
• Ability to work efficiently, in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications: 

• Minimum of two years of experience in and Accounts Payable role. 
• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). 

• Proficiency in QuickBooks online and Microsoft Excel. 
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. 
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. 
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team. 
• High level of integrity and commitment to data accuracy.
