Responsibilities :

  • Receive / deliver and stock materials.
  • Minor repair / patching of walls to prepare for painting.
  • Mix paints / stains.
  • Stenciling of equipment / walls.
  • Fire stop inspections.
  • Sanding / prepare for painting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Two years general maintenance-related work experience OR completion of a trade school required.
  • Military experience considered.

Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances :

Driver's License

  • Driver's License
  • Act 34
  • OAPSA
