ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - The following statements are intended to describe the general nature of the level of work being performed by an individual assigned to this job. Other duties may be assigned.
Organize and inspect (Quality Check) incoming autographs from athletes/talent.
Accurately retrieve autographs and place them within our inventory databases.
Responsible for organizing physical autographed inventory, hard-signed cards, and labels.
Assist with the autographed label inventory and cycle counts.
Responsible for preparing shipments to talent.
Review approved cards and update the data on the designated spreadsheet.
INTERACTION
This position will interact with internal co-workers in our Durham, North Carolina office and in our Carlsbad, California office.

EDUCATION/YEARS EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience in Quality Assurance/Inspection is a plus.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel.
Team-player understand the corporate environment.
Ability to perform to expectations and demands in a fast-paced work environment.
Basic data entry abilities.
Knowledge of hockey players.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, remain objective, and demonstrate integrity in all work-related matters
Consistently employ effective time-management skills, and work any additional hours required.
