Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Duties
- Support the Manager in all aspects of running the store
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues
- Assist in managing inventory control and ordering products
- Supervise and train staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and company policies
- Maintain an organized walk-in cooler and bar station
- Assist servers and bartenders as needing
- Running and expoing food and drinks
- End of day paperwork and ensuring staff is completing closing procedures in timely and correct manner
- Golf Simulator set up and troubleshooting
Requirements
- Previous experience in bar management
- Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to assist in shift management and lead a team effectively
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
