What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate position at UPS Store?
The UPS Store is hiring! Are you a ‘people person’ who enjoys helping others solve problems and accomplish their goals? Are you detail oriented? Do you desire an occupation that has both a bit of structure and routine but is also somewhat unpredictable and challenging? Then this might be the job for you! We are currently looking for a full time and a part time associate.
Essential duties include:
- Deliver exceptional customer service through cheerful customer interaction and quality product delivery.
- Receive, sort and place mail in mailbox modules accurately.
- Pack contents for shipping using established procedures and products.Receive and process packages for courier shipping, including lifting and weighting packages on scale, accessing, manifesting software, generating labels and retrieving from customer's vehicle when requested. Packages can be very heavy, so you must be able to lift 50lbs on a regular basis.
- Operate copiers, fax machines, binding equipment and all other office machines in a safe, efficient and productive manner. Help customers operate office machines.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $14.25 per hour
