- Lead and develop the manufacturing plant accounting department.
- Leads plant and company efforts in the preparation of the annual operating budget.
- Prepare and update key performance indicators daily to evaluate plant performance.
- Reconcile inventory and investigate existing problems; assist in taking the physical inventory.
- Prepare plant and company forecasts each month.
- Close books at month end in compliance with all governmental regulations, and issues company required financial reports.
- Lead and participate in small group activities that are focused on continuous improvement and plant/company profitability.
- Oversee entry of product standard costs into company system(s).
- Qualifications
- This job requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 4 to 6 years of position-related experience; preferably 6 to 8 years of position-related experience.
