Responsibilities
Administrative Oversight
- Manage and coordinate administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
- Oversee office supplies, equipment, and maintenance, ensuring a well-functioning work environment.
- Serve as a liaison between different departments, fostering effective communication.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and appointments to optimize team collaboration.
- Assist in HR functions, including onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and supporting HR-related processes.
- Work closely with management to address employee queries and concerns.
- Collaborate with finance personnel to handle basic financial tasks, such as invoice processing and expense tracking.
- Maintain accurate records of office expenditures and assist in budget tracking.
- Manage and organize office documentation, records, and files.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Provide support for customer inquiries and requests.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient and effective communication.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of basic HR functions is a plus.
- Familiarity with financial tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in office management or administrative roles.
