Customer Service Associate / Cashier
Uptown cigar is looking for a full-time Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team in our Yucaipa, CA location.
Job Summary:
The Customer Service Associate / Cashier is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring all customers who come into the store are greeted and assisted. The Customer Service Associate / Cashier will help customers with any questions or concerns they may have regarding their prescriptions, as well as assist them in making decisions about their care. They will work closely with the Office Manager and Medical Director to ensure the needs of the patients are met.
Job Requirements:
·Must be able to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with occasional days on-call as needed.
·Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
·Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties.
·Ability to work well under pressure and be a team player.
·Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
·Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen, have reliable transportation, and be eligible to work in Yucaipa, CA.
·Must have reliable internet access (we use Google Docs), be comfortable using a computer keyboard, and be familiar with the basics of the Internet.
·We are looking for someone who is committed to their health insurance coverage (including pre-existing conditions).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
