You will manage and complete IT projects. You will be the acting IT Manager for multiple clients. As a System Administrator, you’ll be responsible for overseeing our IT operations, ensuring seamless integration across all our locations. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative company where fun meets technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Maintenance: Manage and maintain servers, networks, and cloud infrastructure, ensuring systems are up-to-date and operational.
- Network Security: Implement and enforce security protocols to safeguard data and prevent unauthorized access.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues in real-time, minimizing downtime and disruptions.
- User Support: Provide technical support to team members, ensuring they have the tools they need to succeed.
- Backup and Recovery: Develop and maintain backup procedures and disaster recovery plans to protect against data loss.
- System Optimization: Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to understand their technology needs and develop solutions that enhance productivity.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a System Administrator, or in a similar IT role.
- Strong knowledge of networking, security protocols, and system maintenance.
- Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-service-oriented approach.
