The ideal candidate for Urban District Market will assist the Store and Restaurant Manager daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing profitability.
Duties
- Communicate effectively with staff and customers
- Organize and oversee store operations
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Assist in training and development of team members
- Manage inventory levels and ordering
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Utilize retail math skills for pricing and promotions
- Support store management in achieving sales targets
Requirements
- Previous experience in management role(s)
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Proficiency in training development
- Knowledge of inventory management practices
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures
