SERVER

Our casual, friendly, neighborhood restaurant is seeking outgoing, enthusiastic servers / waitstaff for our newly opening restaurant on Cincinnati’s east side. Become part of our hospitality team where serving delicious food in a fun and casual atmosphere is our specialty. From welcoming and engaging our guests to keeping things organized and clean, our hospitality team members take pride in providing exceptional service to every guest, every visit. What you bring:

Responsibilities:

· Greeting all guests warmly, directly and enthusiastically

· Knowing our menu and items available, ability to speak about the menu and our culture warmly and sincerely.

· Taking food and beverage orders/conveying those orders to kitchen staff/assuring guests receive their correct order in timely manner and are satisfied with their order.

· Willingness to take responsibility for the satisfaction of our guests at every opportunity.

· Addresses any and all concerns from guests quickly, alerts management to guest dissatisfaction immediately.

· Assists host/hostess in conveying available tables and making those ready for the next guests.

Requirements:

· A positive attitude

· High school diploma or GED equivalent

· Willingness to learn and ability to sell our menu items to our guests.

· Ability and willingness to learn our POS system and tableside order-taking system with the iPad we provide for your use.

· Ability to handle cash and credit card payments and be accountable for those funds throughout your work shift.

· Minimum age: 18 years old.

· Ability to multitask

· Previous server experience is a plus

· Ability to work flexible hours/split shifts/weekends
