JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creates an environment where customers are treated fairly in the spirit of Urban Remedy’s core values.
- Educates and motivates customers about Urban Remedy story, our products and company promotions.
- Establishes and builds positive relationships with Wholesale Customers and Cross-functional Teams.
- Manages Wholesale accounts and develops new strategies to drive efficiency and maximize profitability.
- Communicates to Wholesale Customers on product knowledge, kiosk planograms and seasonal product launches.
- Delivers results to meet/exceed sales and EBITDA plan and achieve a high level of operational excellence.
- Activates and conducts demos and outside events to drive customer trial and build brand awareness.
- Supports in building a Field Marketing Plan and activates within mini market.
- Performs multiple kiosk visits and inventories per week to ensure operational excellence.
- Ensures kiosk merchandising and cleanliness following Company Planogram standards.
- Willingness and ability to support Costco Road Shows, as necessary. May include nights and weekends.
- Works with Direct Report and peers to develop best practices, process improvement and other additional projects to support growth.
- Assume additional responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Position-Specific Skills
- 1- 2 years of retail or merchandising and sales experience.
- Strong communication skills; proficient in English in both spoken and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Skype.
- Must have a Smartphone to utilize app-based technology.
- Truly believes Food is Healing and has a genuine passion towards the natural/organic food movement.
- Ability to model the Urban Remedy culture in every interaction and relationship with customers.

Education/Training
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Food handling and safety certification.
- Experience with organic food/natural products preferred.
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- This position is field based.
- Expected to wear clothing appropriate for the nature of the Company’s business and the type of work performed.
- Position requires long periods of standing and driving.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs., 10-12 times per shift.
- This position requires a flexible work schedule including early morning, evenings, weekends and holidays.
