We are looking for Amazing Managers that can inspire their teams:

• Handle daily operations of the restaurant ensuring compliance with company standards
• Ensuring the safety of our guests and team members
• Fostering a positive work environment
• Developing team to their full potential
• Accomplishing financial objectives including sales growth, cost management, profit growth, cost control and quality control
• Conducting strong interviews and attracting high quality candidates
• Inspiring and Motivating the team to grow

Qualifications:

• 2 Years minimum supervisory experience in food service preferably fast-casual
• Possess basic math and accounting skills
• Excellent communication and people skills
