We are looking for Amazing Managers that can inspire their teams:
- Handle daily operations of the restaurant ensuring compliance with company standards
- Ensuring the safety of our guests and team members
- Fostering a positive work environment
- Developing their team to their full potential
- Accomplishing financial objectives including sales growth, cost management, profit growth, cost control and quality control
- Conducting strong interviews and attracting high quality candidates
- Inspiring and Motivating the team to grow
Qualifications:
- 3 Years’ minimum supervisory experience in food service – preferably fast-casual
- Possess basic math and accounting skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
