A Seasonal Tree Attendant contributes to driving sales by naturally engaging the customer while holiday tree shopping. They uphold terrain’s four promises: to welcome, to inspire, to inform and to appreciate our customer.
The Holiday Experience
- CUSTOMER SERVICE: shares tree knowledge to service the customer to assists with customer purchases by cutting, baling, and tying trees to vehicles
- STORE TECHNOLOGY: delivers a seamless shopping experience through understanding and utilization of MPOS for an efficient check out
- POSITIVITY: enjoys working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, contributing to the holiday experience by being positive, respectful, and helpful to others
- SUPPORT PRODUCT FLOW: assists leadership team in maintain tree yard standards and stocking trees
- AWARENESS: adheres to store’s safety standards, inventory accuracy, reduction of product loss, and upholds all company policy and procedures to support the profitability of the store
