This is a SALES position first and foremost. You are required to post consistent, daily sales to achieve quotas. Performance and your overall pay is determined by your OWN sales, and how you continue to drive and increase the clubs revenue.
A base will be offered, but true earnings will come via commissions and bonus'.
If you are not confident you can sell personal training programs and ask for an average of $200-$500 per month from a customer, this is not the position for you.
On average we expect our sales staff to generate an average of $2,500-$3,000 of NET recurring personal training sales, or you may be relieved of your position.
Our training program and club systems provides you the all tools necessary to be able to be successful in this role, IF you are confident you can combine these tools with your own sales skills.

What You’ll Do:
- Sell Personal training packages
- Engage with Current members to sell New personal training.
- Attains team membership goal by executing all areas of URGE sales process creating the urgency to join.
- Generates dollars by collecting the maximum amount of revenues based on current club promotions.
- You will create excitement and interest for our clubs with prospects over the phone and in person and generate in club appointments for Personal training.
- Performs daily outreach to generate off-site leads, appointments and memberships.
- You will share your knowledge and passion for fitness by educating new members on our membership types, features and amenities.
- Client assessments and evaluations.
- Create & build strategies through constant training around key sales techniques (role playing the TI’s, club tours & membership presentation).
- You will model Excellence and Champion The URGE FITNESS culture while delivering World Class Customer Service that provides a friendly and enthusiastic environment where each guest is greeted and acknowledged with “hello” and “goodbye.”
- Generate dollars by collecting the maximum amount of revenues based on current club promotions.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.13 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
