X-Ray Technician

MAKE YOUR OWN SCHEDULE. NO MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS. COMPETITIVE ON CALL PAY AND PER EXAM PAY. NO MA WORK. ONLY COME INTO THE CLINIC WHEN AN XRAY IS NEEDED.

The primary purpose of this position is to serve in an On-call capacity and respond within 30 minutes to the clinic to perform various X-Rays on our patients. The X-Ray technologist will sign-up for and pick their own shifts. There is NO MINIMUM requirement, and it is not required that the tech stay at the clinic while on call. The technologist is allowed to be at home or around town while on-call but must be able to be at the clinic within 30 minutes of the call. The technologist will get paid competitive hourly wages while on-call (double most hospital pay rates) as well as a fixed per exam rate for ever study performed.

You will be working in the capacity as an independent contractor. Therefore, you are free to pick and choose your own schedule but once the schedule is published, you are required to be on-call for the shifts you selected. We do a wide variety of X-Rays in our clinics and all shifts are available! Everyone has an equal opportunity to pick up nights weekends days and holidays and you are never required to pick up a shift you don't want to work.

Responsibilities:

• Must be able to perform a variety of diagnostic X-Rays independently and relay the necessary information to the radiologist and attending providers.
• Comfortable working independently
• Demonstrates exceptional patient care always being aware of the patient's needs based on age, acuity level, and state of pain.

Qualifications:

• Must be ARRT certified.
• Licensed within the clinic state location, if applicable.
• Live within 30 minutes from the clinic location.
• Must be proficient in all diagnostic x-ray exams for adults and children. No flouro. No C-arm.
• Must be familiar with CR technology for some locations.
