- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and sales targets.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Provide guidance, support, and motivation to the sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Monitor individual and team sales performance against targets, analyzing results and implementing corrective measures when necessary.
- Manage the sales budget and expenses effectively.
- Maintain accurate records and utilize CRM system for sales analysis and forecasting.
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Three to five years of previous experience in a manufacturing or distributing sales role is required.
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and an insurable driving record are required.
