Job Responsibilities:
• - Supporting Design & UXR operations for the FAIR team
- Supporting team rituals (e.g. Crit)
- Supporting team L&D activities & culture
- Supporting processes for working with comms/marketing for external launches
- Support intake processes and developing levels of engagement models with teams
- Create onboarding docs and documents to support XFN partner conversations
- Coordinate with partner design teams on key projects
- Support Design Sprints and operational requirements for Demo development
Skills:
• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
• Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
- Experience working with designers, design managers and user researchers
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
Top 3 must-have HARD skills:
Working at a tech company- larger startup or public companies
Strong organizational and communication skills
Worked with product design is a must
Good to have skills:
Design agency (consulting firm)
Some AR/VR spaces- gaming background would be a bonus
