We are currently looking for our: HR Manager (hybrid of HR Business Partner and Recruiter) What we offer URW is seeking a strategic, innovative HR Manager who will drive URW’s HR strategy to attract, develop, advance, and engage employees across the organization. You will possess the passion to go the extra mile with a strong moral compass and ethics aimed to build trust and transparency across the company. The position requires experience in all aspects of HR with strong experience in employee relations, developing partnerships, coaching and development, performance management, and proficiency with national and state laws. This role will deliver high quality full-cycle recruitment and maintain excellent relationships with hiring managers, department heads, and the URW community at large. Key Responsibilities: PEOPLE BUSINESS PARTNER Successful track record and strong drive to integrate with clients, providing excellent customer service and supporting all employment related matters. Experience overseeing full-cycle employee engagement including new hire kick off, performance management, succession planning, organizational design/strategic planning, training, and employee off-boarding. Ability to balance being a champion for both the business and employee. Ability to create, as needed, and provide content rich training; support a proactive approach to identifying training and development needs to increase retention. Ability to present new hire employee orientations, proactively support onboarding and offboarding. Technologically savvy with a high detail-orientation to manage processing of new hires, changes and terminations and restructures in Workday; ensuring compensation changes align with policies and practices. RECRUITING Responsible for full life-cycle recruitment for various teams across the organization. Partner with Business Leaders to provide top talent recruitment for both external hiring and internal mobility. Source passive talent from a variety of platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter. Ensure efficient candidate workflow and a diverse slate of candidates. Drive process improvements where needed in alignment with hiring process and best in class candidate experience. What We Are Looking For: Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in HR or related experience. College degree prefered. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong personal image and poise, recognized for being honest, upfront and direct with all levels of the organization. Ability to utilize HR strategy to support clients with a depth of technical and practical knowledge. Passionate about recruitment and aligning top talent in the right roles at the right time. In depth knowledge of employee relations and experience with California HR legal/regulatory issues, applicable laws and liability related to HR functions, cross-country legal knowledge a plus. Ability to use good judgment, discretion with sensitive and confidential issues, projects, and information; ability to take initiative, apply analytical reasoning and problem solve. Strong Analytical abilities; solid problem solving and decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
