Position is located with Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) Enterprise Management Employee Relations Group (EMERG), at Fort Hood, Texas.
This is not a virtual or remote position, must be able to commute to duty location.

Qualifications:
1. Possess eighteen (18) months or more of work experience in a human resources office which demonstrates knowledge in applying labor relations laws and management employee regulations.
2. Experience analyzing, evaluating and recommending appropriate resolutions to complex interrelated employee relations problems and issues.
3. Possess prior experience using Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)4. Ability to work with a variety of human resources information systems.
Highly Preferred: In addition to the qualifications listed above, applicants will possess six (6) months of prior work experience in a NAF Human Resources Office in an employee relations capacity and have successfully completed training in Customer Service, Organizational Structure, Basic Writing, and Time Management.
