US Brick has a current vacancy to join our diverse and dynamic company as a Customer Service Representative in Auburn. This role will report directly to Jay Fuqua, EVP of Sales.
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) for U.S. Brick provides excellent customer service and assists with insides sales a Distribution Center. The CSR will be responsible for counter sales, order entry, scheduling deliveries and ensuring positive customer experiences. The Sales Representative reports to the Distribution Center Manager. This position is Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
What you will be doing:
- Provide stellar customer service, both in store and over the phone
- Handle and drive counter sales of bricks and masonry products
- Organize and dispatch trucks and deliveries
- Develop a strong working relationship with US Brick outside sales team
- Follow all safety, quality, production, environmental policies, and procedures
- Be a good team member, assisting others as needed in a helpful way
- Contribute to team effort by performing other assigned duties as needed

- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication
- High School diploma Required
- Inside sales or customer service experience, highly preferred.
- Experience with Oracle, highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, required.
