Catering Attendant

Reports to Catering Manager

Per Colorado State Law The minuim Starting Wage is $21.30

Ensures the accurate execution of all events. Sets up and serves at functions; cleans the event area during and after events; breaks down the setup and leaves the area neat and clean. Works as a team to execute events that provide excellent customer service and an amazing guest experience.

• Arrive on time to all shifts

• Proper uniform; non-slip shoes, name tag

• Must have good interpersonal skills, including good oral and written communication, ability to communicate well with people on all levels, and able to receive and fulfill orders

• Completing assignments accurately and with attention to detail.

• Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work under pressure while meeting deadlines.

• Ability to process and handle confidential information with discretion

• Properly setting up all equipment needed

• Clean & sanitize work and service areas

• Ensure excellent customer service at all times

• Maintain the highest quality service

• Deliver events in a timely and complete manner while performing cleaning and stocking duties.

• Organize goods for delivery carts, set up special events and maintain quality control checklists according to standard

• Stock supplies for department

• Recognize products; accurately restock and rotate products.

• Complete necessary HACCP to ensure safe temperature control

• Label and display signs for all items.

• Must follow all safety rules and actively prevent accidents.

• Support management team daily.

• Attend daily MOD meetings.

• Be aware of costs and minimize waste.

• Build trusting relationships with your teammates and guests

• Abilities to take & understand directions to assist the team

• Other duties as assigned by the management team.

  
  

• Work up to 8 hours a day on your feet, excluding breaks.

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 25lbs.

• Come to work properly dressed according to the dress code.

• Employee must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods.
