Procurement Administrator
Hourly Wage
ISS offers a competitive compensation package including Benefits, Paid Time Off, and a starting hourly salary of $20.00- $23.00 USD.
Key Purpose
The Procurement Administrator will perform general duties for the Procurement Department, which will require knowledge of company and department procedures. Duties performed may include data gathering and consolidation, file organization and maintenance, auditing of current procurement programs, and analyzing data in multiple categories through our ERP system. The Procurement Administrator may also process field order requests for equipment, supplies, materials, maintain contract records, cross check invoice spend, and assist with procurement issues via internal customers.

Key Areas of Collaboration and Influence
- Support the team, and report to the Key Account Manager
- Communicate effectively with colleagues within the Business Unit and across the company so that information is disseminated effectively and participate in project groups and meetings as required
Ideal Candidate Experience
- High School Diploma and Business Administration Skills (Finance, Supply Chain, Business)
- One-year related experience or equivalent education and customer service experience
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, and data entry knowledge
- Must be a team player and committed to working in a quality environment
- Excellent verbal and written skills required
- Excellent time management and organizational skills required
- ERP experience preferred
- Demonstrated exceptional professional and customer service skills
Key Accountabilities
- Address the needs of internal customers throughout the United States & Canada
- Track, manage, and improve capital expenditure programs
- Audit programs to ensure proper policies and procedures are being followed
- Reviewing orders in multiple product categories and resolving order issues with suppliers
- Process, track, and communicate shipments and returns of product
- Assists in resolving invoicing discrepancies
- Analyze and compare pricing in multiple categories
- Pull, analyze, and report spend/ data trends for different categories and products
- Collect, analyze, and keep track of data from multiple vendors
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Work is performed in an office setting
- Must be able to lift packages and sacks, trays, and tubs of mail up to 50lbs.
- Must be able to bend, stoop and kneel frequently
- Must be able to spend a large part of the day standing and moving around
- Must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods
