What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service position at US Jetting?
General Summary:
· Represent US Jetting and their high pressure jetting product line.
Essential Job Functions:
· Customer service
· Take inbound calls to help with service and sales
· Travel at least once per quarter for approximately 2 weeks to visit customers and potential customers in your territory
· Assist customers by troubleshooting their equipment and determining replacement parts required
· Make 20 outbound calls per day to new and existing customers
· Process sales orders
· Receive payment or obtain credit card authorization
· Be able to discuss the operations of our equipment along with basic technical support all which you will be trained on.
· Demonstrate equipment to customers and explain new functions of equipment and which nozzles are the best fit for specific jobs.
Requirements:
· Mechanical experience is a plus
· Excellent communication skills not only with customers but our team as well.
· Great ability to work with a team
· Enthusiasm about your job and the equipment we sell
Payroll Details:
· Base Pay Commission on Unit Sales

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
