Higginbotham Brothers, a Division of US LBM, is seeking a Retail Manager to join their team in Mexia, TX!

Salary: $55k - $65k a year (Biweekly Pay)

How you will spend your day as a Retail Manager:

• Managing and coordinating daily store activities
• Develops business plans for efficient use of materials, equipment, and management of employees
• Controls all operational expenses of the store within budget and maintains operating income through effective management and generation of sales
• Resolves operating difficulties and implements resolutions
• Assigns, instructs, trains associates in the performance of their jobs

Retail Manager Requirements:

• Experience. Supervising a staff of individuals in sales and distribution operations.
• Skills. Previous construction, building material, or other relatable industry experience.
• Special skills. Bilingual - Spanish/English preferred, customer service and/or retail experience is a plus
