Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our dynamic IT team. As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. You will help install, upgrade, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems, as well as ensure the overall functionality of our IT infrastructure.

Reporting to the IT Manager, the employee will be responsible for:

· Acting as a point of contact for the company’s users and provide remote technical support across multiple sites in the US and Canada

· Ensuring the configuration, analysis, updates and resolution of network and server alerts

· Ensuring server backups

· Hardware equipment setups on site

· Contributing to the automation of recurring tasks

· Preparing the onboarding of new users

· Keeping track of inventory

· Preparing reference material for users by drafting operation instructions

· Providing training to users

Qualifications:

· 3 years minimum experience as an IT Technician

· Agility in Microsoft environment (Active Directory, Windows server, etc.)

· Knowledge and agility with M365 (Azure, Sharepoint, etc.)

· Knowledge of virtualized environments

· Knowledge of network security

· “Customer Service” oriented

· Demonstrate strong autonomy

· Be able to work under pressure

· Be able to work occasionally outside of office hours

· Good written and oral communication skills

· Valid Passport for Travels (US AND CANADA)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
