Terminal Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Terminal Manager to oversee our daily operations and ensure the efficient and effective management of our terminal facility. The Terminal Manager will be responsible for coordinating and supervising various departments to ensure smooth operations, maintaining compliance with safety regulations, and providing exceptional customer service.

- Proven experience in terminal or logistics management.
- Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and safety procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the terminal facility, including managing personnel, resources, and equipment.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other relevant data.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate staff to ensure a competent and highly skilled workforce.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and support to team members.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact the terminal operations.
