Warehouse Customer Service Representative
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintains shipping area in a clean and organized manner at all times
- Ensures key areas of the shipping area and warehouse are designated and labeled to enhance organization
- Completes a daily review with manager discussing needs for equipment receipt, equipment processing and equipment shipping
- Ensures all outbound shipments are packed appropriately, shipped timely and meet deadlines for delivery
- Responsible for accurate inventory of equipment, parts and supplies
- Uses critical thinking to make cost effective decisions regarding shipping
- Ensures appropriate paperwork and records are well maintained
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate billing of shipments
- Must maintain a neat appearance including the wearing of company uniform
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
Preferred Requirements:
Education and Experience
- High School Graduate or equivalent,
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record for past three years
- Minimum of one year relevant work experience
- Must have experience with PC's, Microsoft software and RF scanners
- Pass a DOT Medical Card Physical
- Forklift experience a plus
Abilities and Skills:
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform math calculations
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Ability to maintain a professional attitude toward all customer contacts and company employees
- Ability to move 150 pounds
