Responsibilities:
- Conduct outside sales activities to identify and acquire new clients
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive sales growth
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues that arise
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure seamless customer experience
Skills:
- Proven experience in outside sales or business development roles
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred
- Technical sales or technology sales experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets consistently
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
