What are the responsibilities and job description for the Industrial Painter position at US Tech Force?

US Tech Force is looking for an Industrial Painter for a De Pere company which specializes in coating and finishing services to a wide variety of industries.
The main duties of the Painter are to prepare customer equipment, product and assemblies for painting; prime, paint and sand materials; assemble and inspect product ensuring work meets company and customer quality standards; and follow safety procedures and policies.
The ideal candidate for this particular opening has:
- a minimum of 3 – 5 years of prior industrial (wet paint) painting experience;
- can demonstrate an understanding of mixing paints and the proper use of paintspraying equipment;
- is proficient in the use of air and electrical power tools;
- has prior experience in material handling and shipping/receiving;
- has a proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment and completing work with a sense of urgency;
- and can portray a cordial and welcoming demeanor toward coworkers and customers.
Schedule: First Shift — Monday thru Friday — 6 am to 2 pm
Wage Range: $18.00 – $20.00/hour BOE
