What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Specialist III position at US Tech Solutions, Inc.?
Note : Hybrid - Office 2 days per / week.
Job Description :
- Specialist check SS9 for orders by operation center, then verify the appropriate resource in each operation center in Arcos.
- They verify the orders are valid and workable in S.A.P. and then dispatch those orders to the appropriate field resource in S.S.9.
- After morning work is deployed Specialist field calls from the Distribution Service Technician and assist them by altering or creating orders to properly capture their request.
- Specialist will also be required to field calls and Emails from various Hybrid-Customer Care groups to assist with ongoing customer issues throughout the day.
- Specialist will need have working knowledge of S.A.P. and S.S.9. as well as general computer skills.
- Work schedule is a rotating schedule between 6-2, to 9-5 and OVERTIME is scheduled into this rotation.
- Work week is hybrid, with Mondays Thursdays and Fridays at home.
- Tuesdays and Wednesdays are in office at Garner NC.
- Entry into client location will require NERC CIP access.
