DescriptionJob Title: Receptionist II Location: Overland, MO 63114 Duration: 3 months Initial contract Job Description The Receptionist II is responsible for welcoming patients, providers, vendors and peers who visit a BJC Home Services facility. This position helps direct all in-person visitors to the correct location and/or service line for assistance. This position is also responsible for answering phone lines, and responding to emails Teams messages. Additionally, the Receptionist II is responsible for handling any incoming deliveries, as well as the sorting and distribution of mail. Responsibilities: Job Responsibilities: Greets customers entering a Home Care Services facility; directs customer to appropriate location and/or resource. Answers incoming calls and transfers calls to the appropriate department; answers incoming calls from patients and assists with scheduling questions; answer incoming triage calls regarding patient needs, documents patient needs accurately send triage message to nurse.
