Responsibilities:
· We have a need to bring in a talented, creative, technical, friendly analyst who is willing to roll up their sleeves and figure out how systems work, suggest, and implement improvements in the configuration, write documentation to help the rest of our team understand how to manage some of our complex systems. You will be working primarily in our Accela permitting platform, including the connected applications. Additionally, you will work closely with Accela users and stakeholders to define goals, establish projects and business processes. You will also be assigned to one or two of any one of dozens and dozens of other systems we support and manage for client.
Experience:
· Develop professional project artifacts, contribute within context of software development lifecycle standards, like ITIL, using source code repository like Git, focus on outcome quality through requirements, design and testing.
· Great communication skills as demonstrated through written artifacts, presentations, verbal communications.
· Fast learner
· Works well in a team as well as self-directed and motivated
Skills:
· SQL scripting, Crystal Reports, PowerBI, SSRS, other reporting tools to create reports, dashboards, data visualizations. Understands data models.
· Work with business customers on understanding and documenting requirements, creating specifications, and prioritizing work.
Education:
· Master’s degree / Bachelor’s / Degree / Diploma
