You will be working for an innovative supplier of industrial products and services that produce Best-in-Class cost savings for our customers. These solutions include: Integrated Supply Chain Management, Production Cutting Tool Reconditioning, Industrial Vending, Custom Value Added Solutions, Information Technology and Product Engineering. Our customers include the largest aerospace and defense contractors in the industry and major manufacturers in the power generation, fluid control and transportation markets. If you have:
- Three (3) years minimum administrative/clerical experience required
- Experience in a Purchasing environment preferable
- Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook
- Intermediate level or above Excel skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
A typical day may look like this:

Pricing Services Support

Engage with suppliers to:
- Obtain and Validate Price Files
- Obtain Return Policies, Terms and Conditions
- Price Adjustment Notification Maintenance
- Maintain and Update Databases

Engage with suppliers to:
- Communication Maintenance of Department Inboxes
- Prepare Reports as required
- Other duties as required
- 80% - 90% Sitting
