Administers mail, phone, supplies, travel arrangements, schedules meetings, and conference calls. Provides administrative support to facility, re phone, correspondence, facility activities. Supports “GO 365” wellness programs including Health Expos. Acts as point of contact for routine HR questions. Updates departmental forms, information sheets, spreadsheets, lists, departmental calendar, etc. Establish improved work processes and systems to better centralize and organize daily business operations. Provides administrative support for Human Resources projects. Prepares presentations. Additional duties as assigned.
