Pall Corporation is seeking a Danaher Business System Engineer to promote and facilitate continuous improvement through the successful implementation of the Danaher Business System. The DBSE will support Operations, Supply Chain, and Value Stream Managers in the implementation of DBS Fundamentals and Lean methodologies at Gemba to drive improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Production, and Cost. This position is an integral part of the Operations team and will be located ON-SITE in New Port Richey, FL. This position requires access to export-controlled commodities, technical data, technology, software, and services. U.S. citizenship, U.S. legal permanent resident status, protected person status, or U.S. Government export authorization is required. Any offer of employment is contingent upon Pall obtaining the necessary employment visa and export authorization, including, if required, an export license from the applicable U.S. government agency. In this role you will have the opportunity to: Assist in the implementation of DBS Strategy and Vision and partner closely with Production, Engineering, EHS&S, Quality, Facility & Equipment, etc to implement daily management, and standard work. Facilitate and conduct training, kaizens and bootcamps in DBS Fundamentals and DBS Lean tools. Facilitate Problem Solving efforts across the operation to define root cause, and implementation of temporary and permanent countermeasures. Work in cross-functional teams and matrix environments. Implementation of Lean Conversion and removal of “muda” waste within operations. Develop DBS muscle to be the next organizational leader with skills learned from DBS implementation and facilitation. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor of Science Degree in Science, Engineering, and/or Supply Chain with preference for 4 years of business/operations management or manufacturing experience with management responsibilities Fundamental understanding of Lean Tools and DBS Fundamentals. Hands-on Gemba experience with driving improvement efforts either with use of kaizen facilitation, use of lean tools, or problem-solving methodology. (Visual Daily Management, Value Stream Mapping, SMED, Dynamic Kanban, Lean Conversion, Standard Work, 5S, TPM, SMED, etc.) Analytical Skills; working with large data sets. Strong interpersonal and communications as well as group facilitation skills, including public speaking and moderating.
