Join our team. #CloroxIsThePlace Your role at Clorox: Electro Creative Workshop is looking for a Graphic Designer of Print & Packaging. This is a hybrid role based out of our Burt’s Bees office in Durham, NC. Partnering with creative, account management, project management, and strategy, you will participate in the day-to-day development and execution of packaging concepts, and bring them to life on the physical and digital shelf. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for creating breakthrough creative work. The role requires a strong understanding of brand standards, design systems, and brand continuity. With many line extensions and product forms coming from master brands, the Graphic Designer of Print & Packaging must be able to effectively communicate the differences between products while still ensuring that the brand presence stays consistent. In addition, the Graphic Designer of Print & Packaging must help drive change for brands, providing insight and creative ideas to help our brands become more appealing to new audiences, including younger, NextGen audiences. This role reports to the Associate Creative Director of Print & Packaging. In this role, you will: Develop innovative and engaging designs for our product lines, following brand guidelines and standards. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Project Management, Account Management, and Strategy, to conceptualize and execute design concepts that align with business objectives. Translate creative briefs and project requirements into visually engaging designs that capture the essence of our brands and resonate with Next-Gen consumers. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Stay up-to-date on emerging design trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously enhance design capabilities and maintain a competitive edge. What we look for: BA/BFA Degree or equivalent in Graphic Design 5 years experience in creative marketing with a background in Graphic Design, and experience in ad, branding or packaging agencies. Portfolio showcasing original packaging solutions in the CPG category that are breakthrough and engaging Strong conceptual and storytelling skills Ability to take clear direction and constructive feedback. Excellent communication and presentation skills. An impeccable eye for brand standards, design aesthetics, and quality. Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area. –Zone A: $86,600 - $161,900 –Zone B: $79,400 - $148,400 –Zone C: $72,100 - $134,900 All ranges are subject to change in the future.
