USA Capital Group Call Center Manager
As a Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of acquisition agents to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Your role will encompass supervising the day-to-day operations of the sales team, implementing effective sales strategies, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of sales agents, providing guidance, support, and training to help them achieve their sales goals and professional development.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth, expand the client base, and maximize profitability in the real estate market.
- Performance Management: Monitor individual and team performance, set sales targets, and assess results, taking corrective actions when necessary to ensure sales objectives are met or exceeded.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing expert advice throughout the buying and selling process.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, finance, and other departments to align strategies and support the overall growth and success of the real estate business.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and present performance updates to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in professional sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and using insights to drive sales strategies.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- Prior experience in teaching a team within a call center setting is advantageous.
- Must have previous sales experience
- Must live within 1 hour radius away from Orlando, Florida.
- This will be an in-office position.
