Average Miles:
- 2,800-3,200 miles per week on average
Type of Work:
- LOTS of Drop and Hook
- Our freight is preplanned throughout the week which means no waiting for loads to be dispatched.
- About 90% of freight is contracted through a total of 5 companies and are all NO Touch.
Home Time:
- Minimum of 2 weeks out earns 2 days home
2024 Driver Pay Scale, which includes rates based on driver experience:
- 9 months: $0.50 per mile (must be within the previous 12 months)
- 1 year: $0.52 per mile (experience must be within the previous 3 years)
- 2-4 years: $0.55 per mile
- 5-8 years: $0.58 per mile
- 9 years : $0.60 per mile
Note that there is no hiring between San Antonio and Houston along I-35.
