USA Insulation of Syracuse seeks a Customer Relations Specialist to handle all points of customer contact. This person will perform duties such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing our customer interaction portal, and working on social media accounts, including creating and posting local content. Pay will depend on experience. 1-2 years of administrative or phone sales experience is a plus! Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong verbal and written communication skills and good attention to detail are necessary. Hours are Monday-Friday (8:00 am- 4:30 pm). Part-time hours will be considered. Additional bonus opportunities are available as well!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
