Do you want to work across some of the biggest publishers and streaming/podcast services while learning more about Market Research? We are seeking a Digital Account Manager, internally known as a Technical Account Manager, to provide day to day operational campaign management support to our clients across a large variety of categories and sectors. Our Technical Account Management group is responsible for ensuring the successful execution for over 1,000 campaigns a year that evaluate online advertising effectiveness. Role Description Work across Publisher, Agency, and Advertiser clients Tag and monitor online advertisements according to project proposals/media plans Be able to identify, troubleshoot and communicate with others to solve online ad trafficking issues Coordinate and work with teams to ensure recruitment parameters are met from individuals exposed to ads Monitor all projects in field - proactively document project status internally and externally on a regular basis Work with more advanced tools and features within Excel, SFTPs and AWS-S3 Identify areas of improvement that will result in more efficient project management and enhance the client experience – we want problem solvers who are proactive and apply outside the box critical thinking! Role requirements Degree or background in Marketing, Advertising, Market Research, Project Management, Account Management Familiarity or interest with the digital landscape – we measure media across desktop, mobile web/app, TV, connected devices/gaming consoles, podcasts and more!
